Fred Juhim, En. Mujahid Khatib dan En. Marcellus Limpat pada akhir tahun 1989. Pada pertengahan tahun 1993, cawangan-cawangan ini telah digabungkan menjadi Cawangan Kota Belud. Pada masa kini, cawangan ditadbir oleh En. Jasni Sanggul dan dibantu oleh 13 orang kakitangan. Kawasan operasi melibatkan DUN N6 Tempasuk, N7 Kadamaian dan N8
