Pejabat cawangan pada ketika itu terletak di Kg. Nampasan, Penampang. Pada tahun 1993, Cawangan Penampang telah\u00a0 digabungkan dengan Cawangan Kota Kinabalu. Bagaimanapun, pada 15 Oktober 2009, cawangan ini telah dipisahkan semula daripada Cawangan Kota Kinabalu dengan tujuan untuk mengukuhkan pentadbiran dan pengurusan pusat-pusat YUM terutama di kawasan N20 Moyog dan N18 Petagas.\u00a0 Pejabat Cawangan Penampang sekarang terletak di Pekan Donggongon. Pengurus Cawangan pada masa kini ialah En. Ag. Yaccub Ag. Jali.<\/p>\n<p>Sejak\u00a0 Cawangan\u00a0 Penampang\u00a0 dibuka\u00a0 semula\u00a0 pada\u00a0 15\u00a0 Oktober\u00a0 2009,\u00a0 pusat pertama yang berjaya ditubuhkan ialah Pusat Mahandoi iaitu pada 10 Disember 2009.
